I thought my “healthy” habits were discipline and willpower too. 👉🏼Until I was obsessed with mentally calculating calories. 👉🏼Every meal had to be the perfect macros, down to the gram. 👉🏼I only ordered the salad and thought the table bread would “make me fat” 👉🏼If I drank alcohol I would restrict to account for the calories After working with over 800 women in my Food Freedom Breakthrough program, you’re not alone.
